MUST HAVE UK PROPERTY/ LETTINGS EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Utilise Sage for efficient financial management.
- Drive the transition towards a paperless system for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Apply expertise in property and lettings to inform financial decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls for financial activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant in the property and lettings sector.
- Expertise in using Sage for financial management.
- Familiarity with paperless systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive teamwork mentality, committed to effective communication and shared goals.
- UK-based with specific finance experience in the UK.
