Accounts/ Admin Assistant- Freight

URGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS/ ADMIN ASSISTANT to join a leading freight forwarder company based within the Slough area.

Duties will include:

• Sending statements/ reminders to clients
• Invoicing clients
• Allocating receipts/payments
• Handling any queries
• General admin/ data entry
• Reporting to the Accounts manager

Experience needed:

• Previous experience within all aspects of accounts
• Freight forwarding experience
• Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
• Sage 50 and Boxtop experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Attention to detail
• 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check

Working hours:

• Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
