We are currently recruiting for a client based in the Burnley area, they are looking for someone on a 3 month contract to help with their expanding business. This is a part-time vacancy working between hours a week, these hours are flexible.
The vacancy is to help their existing Manager with implementing new procedures to help with their rapid company growth. See below some of the duties & responsibilities.
Assisting with the day to day running of the Administration and Finance function.
Implementing new accounts procedures on the following :
1. Sales and Purchase Ledger.
2. Credit control / allocating cash to the ledger.
3. Budgets and forecasting.
4. Producing weekly and monthly reports.
Implementing new systems for HR administration i.e.: reporting absenteeism, additional training and new starters.
Assisting with payroll procedures.
Providing information for the Accountants.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of running an Accounts and administration function and be used to working in a fast paced environment.
