Accounts Administrator

My Chippenham based client are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a positive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to work as part of a busy team with the ability to work in a dynamic environment where hard work and fun are the key ingredients. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to take direction and follow strict guidelines and processes.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for the completion of a variety of tasks and ensuring that accurate records are kept. You will be working within 3 finance departments-Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Customer Services.
Duties will involve:

• Chasing debts by both phone and email as assigned by the credit control department
• Sending statements to customers twice monthly and dealing with customer responses
• Assisting with the purchase invoicing
• Setting up new suppliers
• Assisting the customer services department with admin tasks.

Full time permanent role with the flexibility of hybrid working after successful probation.
