Role: Accounts Administrator
Location: Witney, Oxford
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator seeking a new opportunity in Witney, Oxford? Look no further! We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a pivotal role that encompasses purchase ledger, sales ledger, and payroll support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing purchase ledger and sales ledger functions efficiently and accurately.
- Collating information for payroll processing.
- Engaging with customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilising Sage 50 software to maintain financial records and generate reports.
- Assisting with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounts administration role.
- Proficiency in using Sage 50 software is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
