Senior Administrator

Your new companyA very well known organisation in Oxford who uphold very high standards in their field.Your new roleYou will provide comprehensive support to senior stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation. This will involve dealing with a wide range of matters on their behalf, sometimes of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. This is a pivotal role connecting the communities, senior external figures and staff. This individual must be good at building strong working relationships across the organisations various staff teams and able to adapt quickly to the variable demands during busy periods. It is important they maintain and promote the values of friendliness and mutual support and the businesses focus on excellence. You will organise events, from directly arranging small meetings to coordination of major conferences as well as managing diaries and making external arrangements for travel. You will also be expected to carry out basic research and create routine briefings for meetings or ad hoc projects and, from time to time, supporting working groups or committees.What you'll need to succeedIt is expected that the person appointed will have relevant experience in a similar role as an EA or PA and have excellent communication and IT skills. They will have a commitment to organisational values and enjoy working in an informal and close-knit community. You will need to be flexible and be available to be based on site in Oxford each day as this is a very hands on role.What you'll get in returnYou will be offered a salary between £32,000 - £38,000 alongside a very generous benefits package, details of which are available via phone enquiry.
