Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £40,0000 FTE.
Job Type: 15 month FTC, Hybrid role
Hours: Part Time (30 hours per week)
Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team. This role offers the chance to influence the day-to-day operations of a busy office, servicing core teams within the business and managing various regulatory, commercial, and administrative processes. This position is ideal for someone who has previous experience collating reports, taking minutes, and summarising meetings. This role has the flexibility to align with a family-friendly calendar.
Day to Day of the Role:
• Preparing agendas, collecting papers, organising meetings, and writing minutes.• Liaising with Senior members of staff to gather information as required.• Manage private equity documentation, track investments, and liaise with investment advisers and the business Accountant regarding investment performance.• Handle insurance policy renewals, queries, and claims.• Ensure timely approval and distribution of meeting minutes and necessary papers to senior members of staff.• Support the Treasurer with office services, correspondence management, and filing systems.• Oversee the update of the report and ensure timely filing of annual accounts.• Arranging directors' meetings and making filings with Companies House.• Manage legal and regulatory issues as required, including liaising with solicitors.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and personable, with a willingness to engage.• Excellent writing, analytical, and numerical skills.• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Familiarity with investment management practices and terminology.• Experience recording formal or board meetings.• Professional, financial, or legal experience is beneficial.• Experience in a charity or regulated environment is advantageous.
