As Senior Administratoryou will be working as part of a collaborative and supportive team for an established, independent marine business, based just outside Henley-on-Thames in a beautiful rural location. The role is full time and permanent (working one day at the weekend) offering a salary of between 27,000 and 32,000 DOE.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for all the administration function of the office, business operations and front of house. Managing the database and be responsible for routine financial processes.
Key Accountabilities for the Senior Administrator:
- Greeting customers, being first point of contact for enquiries
- Providing reception cover
- Updating and maintaining customer database
- Assisting and advising customers with enquiries on sales and services
- Preparing all marketing collateral for shows
- Assist with all sales documentation including contracts and marketing materials
- All facilities management for the office
- All other office administration
- Creating and processing supplier invoices
- Creating customer accounts, sending invoices, credit control
- Taking payments, processing sales, reconciling till weekly
Key Skills Required for the Senior Administrator:
- Strong organised administration experience
- Office management experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in invoicing
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with high levels of customer care
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external teams
- Adaptable in a changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, file management systems
- Own transport due to remote location
