I'm working exclusively with a client in the Oxfordshire area who are looking for someone to come and join their growing Shared Service team in a Senior HR Administration role. You will need to be someone who loves processing lots of information at speed, be happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, but would also like to take on a coaching role and assist in developing the rest of the team.

Description
The Senior HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining employee records on the system
- Responding to queries that come in to the shared inbox e.g. Maternity, Paternity, Absence, Pay
- Running weekly inductions for new joiners
- Supporting other members of the Shared Service team and taking on the role of a coach & mentor to improve performance and increase capability
Profile
The Senior HR Administrator should be:
- Experienced in a fast-paced HR setting, managing high volumes of cases
- Passionate about HR and committed to leading by example
- A desire to coach and guide more junior members of the team
- A strong work ethic and desire for personal development
Job Offer
