Senior HR Advisor
This is an excellent opportunity to join our client at an exciting time of growth. Supporting the Head of HR, you will manage a high quality, streamlined HR service to support the business and its employees and drive high performance.
Senior HR Advisor Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, absence, performance management, welfare etc.
- Provide advice and guidance to line managers and employees on employee relations matters
- Optimise the use of the HRIS (PeopleHR) to maintain accurate records and produce reports
- Assist the Head of HR with producing monthly reports and quarterly key metrics
- Oversee and support recruitment and selection to attract the best talent to our business
- Administer 4 monthly payrolls to a high degree of accuracy, in a timely way and liaise with the Finance team and payroll provider
- Supervise and support the HR Assistant to provide a high-quality HR service and ensure work is delivered in a timely way

Senior HR Advisor Essentials
- The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with generalist knowledge across the full employee lifecycle.
- You must be CIPD qualified or hold demonstratable knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes.
- Highly organised and focused.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise during busy times.
Location
Based in Oxford, this is a full-time, hybrid role, working 3 days in the office. Part-time hours may also be considered.
There is free onsite parking and a bus route available, however there are no train links available.
