We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a busy and rewarding company based in Woolpit. Within this role you will be assisting a finance team with the accounting function of the business.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Duties of Accounts Administrator
- Invoice checking and processing
- Formatting and uploading of files into the financial system
- Supplier statement reconciliations / investigation of historical items
- Management of queries from external (suppliers and customers) and internal departments
- Assisting with other financial processes and activities across the department where required
Skills required for Accounts Administrator
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Purchase ledger knowledge
- MS Excel Intermediate
- Ability to prioritise workload
Good communication skills, both oral and written
