Job Overview:
As a Accounts Administrator at Handley Gibson, you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts team in an administrative capacity doing the following but not limited to:-
Debt collection ( rent arrears)
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Registering deposits & de-registering
Accounting to our landlords and directors
Utility supply invoices, opening & closing accounts
Year end reports
Renewing insurance policies
Inputting & paying contractor invoices
Essential
Office experience of 1-2 years minimum
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
Professional yet friendly phone manor
Able to manage your own work load
Time management
Wiliness to learn
Preferred
Experience in accounts / property management
Experience with computer software systems
