Accounts Administrator | Wombourne | Salary Upto £25,000 | Temporary | Hybrid WorkingAn immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well-established business in Wombourne on a temporary basisThe CompanyMy client has an immediate requirement for an enthusiastic, dynamic Accounts Administrator to join their small, friendly finance team on a temporary basis.The OpportunityDuties will include:* Responsible for the administration of the companies expenses system, including dealing with any queries* Responsible for the management of company credit cards; to include… monthly review of the value spent on company credit cards, adherence to company policy and review of credit card limits.* Support accounts receivable with the approval and administration of subcontractor applications for payment. Ensure the customer account is appropriately reconciled and cash is collected shortly following the customer pay notice.* As and when required, support with the accounts payable ledger. This includes the management of the account payable inbox in such as holiday cover or support for workload. Register purchase ledger invoices and work with procurement to support supplier query resolutionPersonal ProfileWe are looking to speak with candidates who have a hard-working and enthusiastic approach to their work. You will have previous Accounts Administration experience and be comfortable in picking up new systems quickly.
