We have a full-time 18 month maternity cover vacancy with an Estate Agents in Sevenoaks.
Duties would include assisting with creating the catalogue, liaising with clients, typing, proof reading and general office administration.
They are also agents for a Building Society, while training will be provided, you will need a good level of numeracy and competence in handling sensitive information and high values of money (successful applicant will be subject to a full credit check)
In addition, you will be assisting on Valuation days at the Saleroom, with photography and layout out sales and helping on viewing days and dealing with phone and email enquiries.
You must be highly computer literate, have a good standard of written and spoken English, and experience of cash handling, previous administration or customer facing banking would be desirable. An interest in antiques and history would be advantageous.
The position will commence in February 2024 with training and continue until June 2025.
