To further enhance our team, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator, with experience of using Sage 50, Excel and who has a high attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchasing invoices, supplier invoices (high volume), coding, processing supplier statements and liaising with suppliers directly. This role is one which will grow and develop with you; so, if you are seeking a role with variety and progression, then look no further.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purchase invoicing
- Supplier Invoicing
- Liaising with clients
- Query management
- Coding (Account nominal codes/ departments codes)
- Any additional responsibilities as requested
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Excel Experience
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts
- Able to work as a part of a team or alone when required
