SALARY: £23,982 pro rata(actual salary for 30 hours per week £18,000 per annum)

Working as the Accounts Administrator / Finance Assistant you will support the business, carrying out a range of accounting tasks such as updating financial records, sending invoices, assisting with payroll etc.
As the Accounts Administrator / Finance Assistant you will also provide general administrative support for the office and the wider Management Team.
As a successful candidate you will have the opportunity to progress within the organisation and continue your professional development with progression to AAT certification available to the right candidate.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Accounts Administrator / Finance Assistant include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Generate and send invoices to clients promptly
- Deal with any account/billing queries from clients and suppliers via email/phone
- Process and reconcile transactions using Xero Accounting Software
- Creating Aged Debtor Reports
- Collection of Aged Debts
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Office Administration
- Ad hoc support to the wider Management Team
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- To be highly numerate
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Previous experience working in an accounting or finance role
- Experience in accounting software such as Xero, however full training will be given to the successful candidate
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
