Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, competent and committed team member to join their busy accounts department, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of tasks to a high level of accuracy.

Job specification:
· Preparing and distributing annual declarations
· Daily processing and reconciliation of bank statements
· Handling invoice processing
· Collaborating on the preparation and issuance of budget documents
· Conducting monthly reviews of ground rents for a major client
· Issuing postal service charge accounts
· Performing various specific tasks for multiple clients as directed
· Reviewing weekly management fee credit reports
· Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
· Preparing and reconciling year-end financial reports
· Assisting with a large ground rent and insurance portfolio
· Helping with the issuance of account notices
· Providing cover for arranging bank payments
Person specification:
· Experience working in a block management company (Preferred)
· Comprehensive accounts and administration experience (Essential)
· Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and finance systems (Essential)
· Familiarity with property management operating systems (Preferred)
