Job specification:
- Preparing and distributing annual declarations
- Daily processing and reconciliation of bank statements
- Handling invoice processing
- Collaborating on the preparation and issuance of budget documents
- Conducting monthly reviews of ground rents for a major client
- Issuing postal service charge accounts
- Performing various specific tasks for multiple clients as directed
- Reviewing weekly management fee credit reports
- Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
- Preparing and reconciling year-end financial reports
- Assisting with a large ground rent and insurance portfolio
- Helping with the issuance of account notices
- Providing cover for arranging bank payments
Person specification:
- Experience working in a block management company (Preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail, high accuracy required.
- Comprehensive accounts and administration experience (Essential)
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and finance systems (Essential)
