Accounts Administrator with Credit Control experience, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring the efficient operation of the company's financial systems. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of financial tasks, including credit control and proficiency with Sage software. Key Responsibilities:- Manage credit control processes, including chasing outstanding payments and resolving customer queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Reconcile invoices and statements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documents.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support various financial operations.
- Utilise Sage software for financial data management.
- Other ad-hoc financial duties as required.
Requirements:- Proven experience in Accounts Administration with a focus on Credit Control.
- Strong knowledge of Sage software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
