We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly company. You will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our business, ensuring that we pay our suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors on time and in full. You will also process bank deposits, reconcile financial statements, prepare and send invoices, and handle credit control.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with various departments and depots, liaising with them to resolve any issues or discrepancies. You will also deal with customers’ requests for proof of delivery, maintain monthly records for rebates, prepare accruals for external accountant, and support payroll records. You will also assist with month-end procedures and provide back up for holiday cover within the team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong numerical and analytical abilities. You will also need to have experience in using accounting software and databases, as well as Microsoft Office applications. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing your tasks and meeting deadlines.
