A look into the role
Henderson Technology are the proud creators of EDGEPoS, the multi award-winning global EPOS software system. We provide our retailers with the most innovative features and solutions for their EPOS software.
The purpose of the role is to assist in the efficient running of the accounts function within Henderson Technology Limited.
Working as Accounts Administrator you will:
- Managing the input of sales and purchase invoices into accounting systems.
- Organizing general office filing tasks.
- Handling reception duties during break times.
- Undertaking various office responsibilities as needed.
- Managing goods in and goods out processes.
- Developing customer rental agreements and quotes.
- Maintaining Excel documents accurately.
- Generating purchase orders as required.
Skills for Success
Joining us as Accounts Administrator the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
- 5 GCSE’s A-C (or equivalent), to include Maths and English.
- Previous administration experience.
- Proven knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Proven experience in data entry.
The Attributes you’ll need include:
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Highly numerate and literate, skilled in attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work (Internally and externally to the business)
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work and escalate where necessary.
It is Desirable if you have:
- 2 A Levels or Equivalent
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- Experience using SAGE 50 package.
- Ability to learn and utilise customised databases.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
