Accounts Administrator Construction Stockport Permanent Up to £26,500
My client based in Stockport are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support their finance team based at their head office. This role is a full time office based role. With flexible start and finish times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reception / Switchboard
- Photocopying / Filing
- Printing invoices etc from accounts email
- Inputting supplier invoices & credit notes
- Dealing with supplier invoice queries by email/phone
- Checking Supplier invoices attaching delivery notes, hire notes & timesheets
- Chasing & inputting credit notes
- Reconciling Supplier Statements with SAGE Accounts
- Citrix database - updating
