Accounts Administrator

The Role

The role will involve assisting in the management of accounts payable for the McGees site in Castleblayney and working with the management team to prepare stock reports and reconcile sales orders.

Key Accountabilities

Responsibility for managing accounts payable for the site and engaging with group shared services
Working closely with the company stock controller in preparation of weekly stock reports.
Responsibility for reconciling sales orders and working with internal customers in resolving discrepancies.
Preparation of weekly intakes for accounts purposes.
Working as part of finance team in preparing month end management accounts and engaging with external auditors as required.
Working closely with other business functions in supporting operations.

Skills and Experience Required

• Working knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
• Previous experience in a similar finance role would be advantageous.
• Good communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
