Cedar has partnered with the market leader in the transportation space in London. They are currently searching for an experienced Accounts and IT Assistant to join the IT Service Delivery team on an initial 3-month contract. There is also potential for a temp to perm position for the successful candidate!
Salary: 110 – 130 a day (PAYE)
Location: London
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Raising and processing invoices, including matching to Purchase Orders.
- Chasing and reconciling Supplier Statements
- Control of the bank approval schedule
- Ensure faults, service requests and project requests are logged, assigned and given the correct priority – taking ownership for updating the Service Desk System with call progress and activities.
- Assist in resolving escalated calls and planning speedy resolutions for telecoms calls that fall outside the Service Level Agreement.
- Keeping accurate IT records including user accounts, asset register, software inventory and support documentation.
- Provide advice, guidance, costs and implementation of any requested services or projects. This includes attending site and project meetings and conducting surveys.
- Delivering franchise/committed obligations within your area of responsibility.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a processing role or similar
- Microsoft 365 Admin skills (MUST and Desktop/Laptop support experience
- Microsoft SCCM, Laptop/PC imaging and experience of working with Antivirus software (Desirable)
- An excellent communicator with customer service skills
- Ability to multi task whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
