As an integral member of our finance department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• End to end Accounts payable processing supplier/vendor invoices.
• Setting up new supplier accounts.
• Supplier account statement reconciliations.
• Process staff expenses.
• Process credit card invoices.

Accounts Receivable:

• Credit Control based on a defined process.
• Issuing Customer Statements.
• Issuing Sales invoices.

Cash:

• Cash posting and allocation.
• Unallocated cash reonciliation on sales/purchase ledger.

Assisting with the year end audit.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Have excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
• Tenacious when it comes to Credit Control
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal staff to aid the credit control process.

Desirable:

• Previous experience of all round payable and receivable in a SME
• Previous experience of Microsoft Business Central
