Accounts Assistant (3 month FTC)

We are looking for a Accounts Assistant to support the finance director in driving the company’s financial reporting, whilst assisting in the due diligence process for the potential sale of the business. As Accounts Assistant, you will ensure the company’s debtors are well managed to ensure the business maximises cash flow, with clear communication to the customers of The company to clear any outstanding invoices.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Key Skill 

a system called PSF and Ad-point 

Key Tasks

• Produce daily/weekly invoices through the accounting system
• Ensuring customers pay on time,  whilst chasing late paying customers
• Weekly cash-flow management
• Assist the finance team to deliver the month-end close.
• Analysis of customer credit ratings

Teamwork

• Assist the team in supporting the business sale
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required
