Duties:
- Input Data of Concrete Testing Results into excel spreadsheets
- Answer telephone & email enquiries
- Managing office equipment
- Booking meetings and events
- Arranging travel
- Distributing mail
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years previous administration experience
- Strong proven knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook...)
- Strong skill in using computer equiptment (Windows)
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle confidential information/documents
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (In an office environment)
Rate:
- £14.00 p/h (9.5 Hours with 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
