Accounts Assistant - 6 WEEK TEMP role

Part time - (2-4 days)
£15 - £22per hour PAYE OR £20 - £28per hour UMBRELLA
Our client is Switzerland's largest milk processor and one of the leading premium dairies in Europe. They are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis (6 weeks).
Key Responsibilities
- Fixed asset data cleansing, migrating from source system to new ERP.
- financial data extraction and archive from source system.
- Invoice extraction and archive from source system.
- Back-fill of existing team member responsibilities:
- Passenger number audits and release of daily passenger number KPIs.
- Support with month-end close tasks.
- Preparing and uploading revenue journals
Requirements
- Experience with data extraction or data entry.
- Basic accounting or book-keeping experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Have the ability to prioritise & meet deadlines.
- Motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organised with excellent attention to detail.
