SalaryManpower is pleased to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our Watford based client on a permanent basis.
Paying between 25k - 30k, you will be responsible for supporting the finance controller with business accounting activities which includes raising, sending, processing and paying invoices, reconciling company accounts and chasing late payments.
The successful candidate will also be required to assist with basic administration tasks and should be on hand to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or providers. You will be expected to help in documentation and maintaining the business' finance procedures, updating and implementing them wherever necessary.
- Supplier invoice processing
- Tidying up purchase ledger
- Reconciling statements
- Raising sales invoices
- Liaising with third party providers, queries from clients & suppliers
- Helping FC with cash flow/payment run
- Basic admin tasks - new supplier forms
- Send out remittances
- Managing petty cash
- Assisting with posting monthly journals
- Bank reconciliation
