AddressWe have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Poole!
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary - up to £30k DOE
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts including accounts receivable, monthly invoicing, issuing customers contracts, credit control, account reconciliation and the collection of monies.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct department.
- Organise and schedule meetings.
- Greet and welcome visitors into the office.
- Organise travel arrangements including flights and hotels.
- Management of the office requirements and supplies.
Skills required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative suite.
- Have strong communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner.
- Strong ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Be adaptive to change.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks!
