Accounts Assistant

Job Description: As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department in various accounting tasks, working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

� Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

� Processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.

� Managing payment runs

� Conducting account reconciliations

� Respond to client queries.

� Reconciling bank statements and accounts in multi-currency

� Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

� Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

� Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.

Requirements:

� Proven experience in an accounting or finance role

� Proficiency in SAGE 50 and Excel is an advantage.

� Strong attention to detail and accuracy

� Excellent organisational and time management skills.

� Ability to work effectively independently.

� Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
