On the look out for an Accounts Assistant to join a family office based in Lichfield. Keen for someone who has a Purchase ledger/Accounts payable experience as well as being able to support the administrative side of the position.
Could that be you?
Main Duties Include:
- High volume of Invoice Processing
- Reconciling of Petty Cash and credit card statements
- Payment Runs
- Insurance and Utility Renewals
- General admin support
- Organising car sales/purchases
- Car Tax Renewals
- Internal and external communications
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within an accounting position
- Knowledge of SAGE and Excel would be a plus.
- Working to tight deadline and being able to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills
