Page Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a well established healthcare business based in Salford.
The purpose of this role is to assist in the daily operations of the finance team including month end duties.

Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
- Maintaining the ledgers.
- Invoicing and debtor management.
- Purchase ledger oversight including invoice processing, regular reconciliation with the nominal ledger and supplier statements.
- Reconciliations and monthly balance sheet control.
- Assist in the efficient management of the accounts inbox.
- Assisting with tasks such as prepayments, accruals, cost analysis and variance investigations.
- Assisting with annual audits.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be studying AAT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Have a proven track record within a similar role
- Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
