Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Location: Lichfield
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Working in an established Family Office based in Lichfield as an Accounts Assistant you will join the team to support the Finance Manager in the day to day control of the Accounts Team. The business has Investment and property (Commercial & Residential) businesses that require preparation of Management Accounts on a monthly basis.
Duties include:
- Invoice Processing
- Reconciling Credit Card Statements
- Payment Runs
- Reconciling Petty Cash
- Utility Renewals
- Insurance Renewals
- General admin support
- Organising car sales/purchases
- Car Tax Renewals
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an accounts team
- Experience in a Commercial Environment
- Strong Attention to detail
- Organised
- Excellent time management to achieve deadlines
- Familiar with Excel
- Experience of XERO desirable but not essential
- Ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues
- Can-do and positive attitude
- Self starter and not afraid to ask for help
Benefits include 23 days holidays, increasing to 25 after 1 year.
In return for your hard work in the role of PA/Personal Assistant, you will earn a starting salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits.
