You will have a flexible approach and be able to prioritise your own workload in order to meet deadlines and deal with simultaneous demands. Key duties include:

. Processing purchase order invoices . Payment runs, BACS, and currency transfers . Completion of month end reporting . Dealing with enquiries . Reconciliation of supplier statements . Processing of month end journals . Cashbook and Bank Transaction posting . Supporting Management Accountant with variance analysis, accruals and other tasks as required . Ad hoc accounting projects . The Right Person

. Self-driven in nature; continuously looking to develop processes and improve efficiency . Be self-motivated, have a can-do attitude and hands on approach . Organised with a methodical approach to problem solving . Excellent inter-personal and communication skills - both written and verbal . Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines . Ability to work both independently and as part of a team . High level of accuracy and attention to detail . Strong excel skills . Develop and maintain strong relationships within finance team and other internal/external staff (including non-finance staff)
