Details of the Role:
As an Assistant Accountant/Semi-Senior Accountant, you will:
Prepare accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships, including tax computations and CT600 Handle VAT return preparation and management accounts Assist in self-assessment tax returns and audits Support junior staff members and maintain excellent client communicationKey Responsibilities:
Account preparation for various entities VAT return preparation and management accounts Self-assessment tax return preparation Aid in audits and mentor junior staff
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone:
With prior experience in an accountancy firm or practice Experience of accounts preparation is essential Deadline-oriented, proactive, and a great team player Organised, reliable, and excellent at client communication Proficient in IRIS, Xero, Sage, and Microsoft Excel
