Accounts Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group have partnered with a highly successful, established, multi-site business that has a presence throughout the UK, to recruit an Accounts Assistant into the growing team.  The role has become available due to expansion and the successful candidate will join a high-performing team.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

• Daily weekly and monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts to include posting adjustments;

• Monthly reconciliations of cash office balances;
• Support in the administration and journal posting of expense claims;
• Company credit cards and petty cash;
• Assist with any bank-related queries;
• Liaise with other departments as well as provide support to the wider finance team as required.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

• Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Have an eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing, processing and reconciling information;

• Self-motivated team player with a willingness to help others and go above and beyond their  formal role.
