As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients finance team by using Sage software to manage financial data and assisting in the matching of purchase invoices. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for finance and a desire to develop their skills within a vibrant company.
Key Responsibilities for Accounts Assistant:
- Using Sage software to input and manage financial data accurately.
- Match purchase invoices with corresponding purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Assist in processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Support with other ad hoc finance tasks as required.
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
