We are pleased to be working on behalf of a client with animmediate need for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician whocan join their growing team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·Sales ledger

·Purchase ledger

·Bank reconciliations

·Credit cards reconciliations

·Credit control

·General ledger

·Payroll

·Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required

Eligibility criteria:

·Recent experience working as part of a busy finance team

·Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)

·High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel

·Processing high volume of invoices

·Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload

·Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines

·Strong planning and organising skills

·Good numeracy and time management skills.

·Keen eye for detail
