Leamington – 100% Office Based
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
This role is to support the Accounts Manager and other members of the Accounting Team with day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational and time management skills, and experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
- Allocation of Client accounts, responsible for the checking and production of monthly client accounts
- Checking and importing site data to Head Office software systems
- Purchase Ledger Duties - high volume, supplier payments, queries, copy invoices
- Sales Ledger Duties - raise sales invoices, monthly, raise client statements, deal with client PO data/systems
- Nominal Journals
- Work with the Accounts Manager to improve the efficiencies of Account dept operations and work processes.
- Support the Operations Team in dealing with queries / issues as required
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
- Ability to effectively forward information to 3rd party providers, a small group or on individual basis, as well as to other members of staff of the company
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline to achieve objectives
Required:
Need to be self-motivated, conscientious and thorough.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
Excel – experience essential
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Previous accounts administration experience preferred
This role will suit a Graduate/Entry Level or more experience Accounts Professional.
