Accounts Assistant

Here at Independent Forgings and Alloys (IFA), we have a great opportunity to join our team in the Head Office as Accounts Assistant.
Your daily duties will include matching, checking and coding invoices, making payments via BACS, processing staff expenses and managing petty cash. You will be responsible for setting up new suppliers and maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers by acting as their first point of contact. When required, you will cover credit control and debtors ledger.
More about you:
We would like you to have demonstrable experience of bookkeeping and Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel. A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to work to deadlines.
