Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the accounts function
- Banking and Reconciliation
- Card accounts
- Petty Cash management
- Cash flow reports
- Purchase Ledger oversight
- Preparation of Monthly Payroll for both Salaried Staff and Hourly paid Carers
- Nominal control Accounts
- Preparation of Monthly Financial and Management accounts
- General bookkeeping experience (Essential)
- Experience in responsibilities 1-5 listed above (Essential)
- Relevant qualifications: AAT level 3 or higher (Desirable)
- Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software (Desirable)
- Good IT skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (Essential)
