Working for this wonderfully established Estate Agent and Property Consultancy as Accounts Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and an overall seamless accounts experience for all customers.
Salary –Up to £25,000 Per Annum
Location – Oxford / Hybrid - 2 Days from Home
Role Type –Full time / 9-5:30 / Mon-Fri

The Role
The role involves facilitating supplier payments for the commercial client portfolio, ensuring a prompt process that benefits both clients and property managers. This will involve accurate invoice processing, tenant recharges, and preparation of weekly payment schedules and supplier remittances.
You’ll also maintain an organised digital record of invoices and transactions, handle queries, and communicate with suppliers to resolve issues.
Being able to build professional relationships and having strong attention to detail is key for this role. Use of excel or previous experience in a junior finance position would be beneficial however we are open to candidates looking to begin their career in accounts who potentially have an administrative background or similar.
