IN2Consult is partnering with a renowned high-growth business in the Wokingham area. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Cashier to oversee financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant:

• Process payments for legal services (BACS / CHAPS) 
• Reconcile bank statements and client accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain appropriate records.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations.
• Collaborate with legal teams and administrative staff to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications for the Accounts Assistant:

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar finance role within the legal sector is ideal. 
• Solid understanding of legal accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field are preferred.
