Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance and Payroll Manager in departmental operations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable tasks.
- Handle credit card transactions and resolve member queries.
- Compile data for Direct Debit collections.
- Assist with sales ledger and credit control functions.
- Maintain and oversee a structured filing system.
- Contribute to accounting projects and ad-hoc reports.
- Participate actively in the year-end audit process.
- Collaborate effectively within the Finance team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, including "SUMIF", "VLOOKUPS", and "PIVOT TABLES".
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
