Accounts Assitant, Henley on Thames, £24,000 per annum, 5 days office based, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance and Payroll Manager in departmental operations.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable tasks.
• Handle credit card transactions and resolve member queries.
• Compile data for Direct Debit collections.
• Assist with sales ledger and credit control functions.
• Maintain and oversee a structured filing system.
• Contribute to accounting projects and ad-hoc reports.
• Participate actively in the year-end audit process.
• Collaborate effectively within the Finance team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, including "SUMIF", "VLOOKUPS", and "PIVOT TABLES".
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Adaptability and potential interest in Accountancy Studies.
