The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to utilise their organisational skills.
- Issue of cheques in accordance with instructions received
- Verification of Completion Statements, checking of bills and daily bankings.
- Perform data entry tasks to input financial transactions into accounting software
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing activities
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks
The ideal candidate:
The firm is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual with good inter-personal and keyboard skills.
Solicitors accounting experience would be ideal but other accounting experience will also be considered.

Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
