Are you an Accounts Assistant available for immediate start to work for a close-knit SME in the Central of London?
On offer is the opportunity to work for a well-established Media company which produces over 60 high-level networking events worldwide, concentrating on the Aerospace, Defense, Pharmaceutical, and Medical industries.
This is an SME where you will play a crucial role Accounts Assistant working closely with the finance manager, supporting the direct financial success of the business.
The Role:
- Recording financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Processing invoices, issuing customer statements, and following up on outstanding payments. This may involve maintaining records of accounts receivable, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with customers regarding payment issues.
- Clearing Sales Ledger account balances, keeping sales ledger tidy
- Credit Control
- Experience as an Accounts Assistant / Credit Control Experience
- Netsuite experience (advantageous)
- Potential for a Permanent Position but not guaranteed
- Available for immediate start (Or 1-2 weeks notice)
