Our client based in High Wycombe is looking for a strong Accounts Assistant to join them on a full time basis. Ideally you will be proficient in SAGE and have covered Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger and Credit Control. This position is office based and the hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am -4pm on a Friday.
- Process sales order on Sage.
- Prepare Pro Forma Invoices
- Prepare Purchase orders on Sage.
- Prepare Certificates of Origin for exports and liaise with the Chamber of Commerce
- Prepare goods for shipment, packing and posting.
- Liaise with logistics providers daily to ensure shipments processed and stock recorded correctly.
- Send Proof of deliveries to customers daily
- Update the CRM for all project work.
- Post purchase invoices on Sage.
- Monthly stock reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Letters of credit
- Ad-hoc finance and other duties as required.
