Description
As an Accounts Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities will include processing large volume of invoices, dealing with the purchase ledger, ensuring that all invoices are sent out at the allocated time to the relevant departments, posting all bank transactions, dealing with weekly payment runs, sales invoices, credit control and other adhoc responsibilities as required.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience working in a similar role previously
- A very high attention to detail is imperative for this position
- Strong understanding of purchase ledger and the standard day to day duties
