The Role:Accounts Assistant

The Hours: Monday–Friday 09:00am–17:00pm

Location: Brighton

Salary: 25,000 – 27,000

My client is expanding and looking for a Accounts Assistant to help build and grow the business. You will be working as part of a small team seven you will be given a portfolio of clients to manage their day–to–day bookkeeping.

Job role and experience:

• Managing day to day processing of clients paperwork
• Regular Bank Reconciliation
• VAT Returns
• CIS Returns
• Prepayments & Accruals
• Management Accounts
• Good knowledge of Xero
• Good knowledge of HubDoc
• Good knowledge of DEXT
• Understanding of payroll processes
• Regular communication with clients as appropriate.
